Kevin Phillips
Kevin Phillips joined our staff in April of 2016 as our Discipleship Pastor. Kevin has been serving in the Discipleship ministry of churches in Texas, Louisiana, and Georgia for over 20 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern State University and a Master of Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and he is presently pursuing a Doctorate of Educational Ministries with a specialization in Family Ministry. Kevin brings a heart for seeing people grow in their faith through relational and missional discipleship.
Kevin and Michelle have been married for over 20 years and have three daughters: Jillyn, Mikaela, and Alyssa. Kevin enjoys spending time with Michelle, Daddy\Daughter nights, watching whatever sports are on TV, and playing bad golf. When asked what kind of food he likes, he answers, “yes”.
