Libby Laughlin joined the FBC Midlothian ministry team in August of 2012. She has been serving in preschool ministry for over 15 years but has had a passion for children all her life. Her undergraduate education is from Southern Methodist University in Deaf/Special Education with Elementary certification and in August 2008, Libby excitedly completed her Master’s degree in Christian Education at Dallas Baptist University! She has served as Preschool/Children’s Minister at Trinity Baptist Church in Kerrville, Texas and Preschool Minister at First Baptist Midland in Midland, Texas. She adores preschoolers and loves working with those that share her passion for sharing Jesus with them!

Libby has been happily married to Kevin for over 30 years! They have been blessed with three wonderful children; Richard, Ashley and Lauren. When Libby is not working with Kevin in the yard or redecorating her home, she can be found watching HGTV, reading, sewing or her favorite pass-time…shopping!

She counts it an honor and a blessing to be called to serve here at FBC!
