First Time Guests
Safety and security are of utmost importance in Noah's Neighborhood. We have implemented an easy way to check-in and check-out your child anytime they are in one of the Noah's Neighborhood classes.
Check-In Procedures
If we are hosting your family for the first time, or if it has been a while since you have visited, please visit the greeters in the Noah's Neighborhood Preschool Area. We will ask you to complete a guest registration form. On the form, please indicate a cell phone number that we may call or text should the need arise to contact you during service. Remember to keep your cell phone on vibrate at all times.
If you would like to print out and complete the guest registration form prior to your visit, click here.
On your first visit, we will manually check you in at the Greeter's Desk and escort you and your child to their classroom. After your first visit, we will mail your family a Checkpoint Key Fob, which includes a unique bar code assigned to your family. Upon your next visit, you may approach a Checkpoint Kiosk to self-check-in.
Follow these procedures to check-in at a Checkpoint Kiosk:
- Only parents or children 4th grade and older should use the Checkpoint Kiosks. All children 3rd grade and under should have a parent check them into a Checkpoint Kiosk.
- Using your assigned key fob, approach a Checkpoint Kiosk.
- Scan your key fob under the keyboard and follow directions on the touch screen.
- Print parent and child badges (print additional badges for multiple parents & for children's belongings).
- Place adhesive badges on your child & their belongings and keep the parent badge(s) for check-out at the end of the session.
- Keep your mobile phone on your person and switch ring to VIBRATE in case we need to reach you.
- Take your child(ren) to their assigned class and drop them off at the door.
- ONLY TEACHERS AND PRESCHOOLERS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE A PRESCHOOL CLASSROOM.
- No child will be admitted to a class without a Checkpoint Security Badge.
- To avoid congestion at the door, limit the check-in process to one adult, over 18 years of age.
