Childcare
Childcare space is provided in Noah's Neighborhood to insure a clean, safe, loving, fun, Christian environment to care for preschool children. This space is provided while parents/care givers/guardians participate in Adult Bible Fellowship (ABFs)/Connect Group gatherings, Committee meetings or special events sponsored by the church. All childcare workers have been background checked, CPR certified and have received training on preventing Child Sexual Abuse. Childcare is provided primarily for children birth through kindergarten but on occasion childcare will be provided through the 5th grade. When an event or activity requires childcare, the contact person needs to contact the appropriate ministry's ministry assistant at least THREE WEEKS in advance of the event to get it on the church calendar and get childcare requested. The Preschool Minister will respond back with in 48 hours if childcare will be available for the event. Once childcare is confirmed, the form (below) with all the children attending with their ages/grades will need to be turned in to the Childcare Coordinator 7 days prior to the event. This form is downloadable and is provided below. No additions will be accepted after 7 days prior to the activity.
Parents' Night Out registration all done online and all fees need to be paid in advance. No money will be accepted at the door. Reservations open around the first of the month and closes either 7 days prior or when the class teacher student ratios are met. All children need to be fed before attending PNO. Thank you.
In all childcare situations, if your child becomes ill or your plans change and your child will not be in attendance, please contact the Childcare Coordinator as soon as possible. All staffing is based on firm numbers and we want to wise stewards of the church's money and not over staff.
