Allergy Information
Noah's Neighborhood is a NUT-FREE ZONE.
You will notice this logo as you enter the glass doors and on the window of each classroom.
Peanut and other nut allergies are among the most severe to a child and we take very strict precaution to ensure that all children have a safe environment in which to learn about GOD.
Please refrain from bringing outside food into our building on Sundays or Wednesdays. We provide a safe, nut-free snack each session of water and typically Goldfish crackers, Cheerios, pretzels, Cheez-Its, or Nilla Wafers.
Here are some popular foods that are prohibited in Noah's Neighborhood:
-
Bakery products (doughnuts, cookies, cupcakes, etc.)
-
Candies which may contain peanuts, nuts or are made in the same area with nut (be sure to check labels on foods)
-
Lunchable with a dessert containing a nut-related product
-
Peanut butter sandwiches, crackers, or nut spreads or butters
-
Chick-fil-A foods, as they are cooked in peanut oil.
If you are packing a lunch for your child who attends Noah's Ark Bible School (Tuesdays & Thursdays), please make sure that these products are not a part of your child meal.

If you are bringing a child with severe allergies, please alert us at the Greeter's Desk in the Preschool Area. Communicate this with your child's teacher.
Cleanliness and Hygiene
We provide a safe and CLEAN environment for your child in Noah's Neighborhood!
Our volunteers use LATEX-FREE vinyl, disposable gloves for each diaper change and possible body fluid contact.
We ask adults checking-in or checking-out preschoolers to remain outside the classroom. This limits foot traffic on the floors where babies, toddlers and preschoolers play & learn.
We use hospital-strength germicidal wipes to disinfect our toys, tables, and other hard surfaces after each session.
Each classroom is equipped with anti-bacterial hand sanitizer to aid in reducing the spread of germs.
Please be considerate of others when bringing your child to Noah's Neighborhood. DO NOT check-in your child if he or she exhibits: fever (must be free of fever for 24 hours), vomiting/diarrhea, symptoms of childhood diseases, chicken pox, common cold symptoms, sore throat, Croup, Fifths disease, head lice, rash, skin infection, hand/foot/mouth, discolored mucus and/or cough.
Please do not medicate your child and check-in to Noah's Neighborhood.
Thank you for helping our preschoolers stay healthy!
